Mike Mcclellan (William Michael McClellan) was born on October 10, 1939 in Stamford, Texas. After going to high school at Stamford (TX), Mcclellan attended the University of Oklahoma. Mcclellan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1962 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1962 was Mike Mcclellan's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
