Mike Lemon (Michael Donald Lemon) was born on February 26, 1951 in Topeka, Kansas. After going to high school at Heelan (Sioux City, IA), Lemon attended Ellsworth CC and the University of Kansas. Lemon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1976 was Mike Lemon's best year.
