Mike Lansford (Michael John Lansford) was born on July 20, 1958 in Monterey Park, California. After going to high school at Arcadia (CA), Lansford attended Pasadena City College and the University of Washington. Lansford made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Mike Lansford's best year, as he made 23 field goals.
