Mike Karmazin (Michael Lawrence Karmazin) was born on July 16, 1919 in Monogahela, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Norwin (Irwin, PA), Karmazin attended Duke University. Karmazin made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the New York Yankees. He played for the New York Yankees for his entire 1 year career.
