Mike Jenkins (Michael Jenkins) was born on August 25, 1974 in Portsmouth, Virginia. After going to high school at I.C. Norcom (Portsmouth, VA), Jenkins attended Hampton University. Jenkins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 1 year career.
