Mike Hancock (Carl Michael Hancock) was born on February 25, 1950 in Woodlake, California. After going to high school at Williams (Woodlake, CA), Hancock attended Idaho State University and Yuba College. Hancock made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
