Mike Goolsby (Mike Richard Goolsby) was born on September 10, 1982 in Joliet, Illinois. After going to high school at Catholic (IL), Goolsby attended the University of Notre Dame. Goolsby made his professional debut in the NFL in 2005 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the St. Louis Rams for his entire 1 year career.
