Mike Garbark (Nathaniel Michael Garbark) was born on February 2, 1916 in Houston, Texas. He made his Major League debut on April 18, 1944 for the New York Yankees. In 1944, his rookie year, he hit .261 with 1 home run and 33 RBI. Garbark played for the New York Yankees for his entire 2 year career.
