Mike Frier (Mike Frier) was born on March 20, 1969 in Jacksonville, North Carolina. After going to high school at Jacksonville (NC), Frier attended Appalachian State University. Frier made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Seattle Seahawks over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1993 was Mike Frier's best year.
