Mike Boyda (Michael Bartholomew Boyda) was born on November 28, 1921 in Jenners, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Elders Ridge (PA), Boyda attended Washington and Lee University. Boyda made his professional debut in the NFL in 1949 with the New York Bulldogs. He played for the New York Bulldogs for his entire 1 year career.
