Mike Askea (Michael V. Askea) was born on January 7, 1951 in Visalia, California. After going to high school at Visalia (CA), Askea attended the College of the Sequoias and Stanford University. Askea made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
