COLLEGE: Started 43 consecutive games for Western Ontario. He was part of the 1994 Vanier Cup championship team. While at Western he was named an Ontario University Association All-Star three times and was co-captain of the University of Western Ontario team that traveled to Osaska Japan to play an all-star game in 1997 and 1998.

- 1999-Drafted by Winnipeg Blue Bombers 32nd overall
- 2000-Started 10 games for the Blue Bombers
- 2001-Started 13 games for the Blue Bombers, played in one playoff game and the Grey Cup game
- 2002-He was claimed by the Ottawa Renegades in the 2002 CFL Expansion Draft. Dressed in 17 games for the Renegades in 2002
- 2003-Played in 17 games for the Renegades in 2003
- 2004-Started seven games at left tackle for the Ottawa Renegades in 2004
- 2005-Signed free agent deal with Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2005 and started in 17 games. Named CFL Lineman of the Week in week 5.
- 2006-Started 14 in games for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
- 2007-Signed free agent deal with Saskatchewan Roughriders in February.Started all 18 regular season games at left guard.Started both playoff games and Grey Cup game.
