Midre Cummings (Midre Almeric Cummings) was born on October 14, 1971 in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. He made his Major League debut on September 10, 1993 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1995, his rookie year, he hit .243 with 2 home runs and 15 RBI. Cummings played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Philadelphia Phillies, Boston Red Sox, Minnesota Twins, Arizona Diamondbacks, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 11 year career.
