Michigan to forfeit win over Penn State?

Michigan's winning streak against Penn State might end, because Michigan used an ineligible player on all four games this season. Michigan's AD Bill Martin, announced that Freshman DB Artis Chambers won't play, because of an eligibility dilemma. Chambers had enrolled as a second-semester freshman in January. This sets the tone on how crappy Michigan's season is.
