Michael Simmons (Michael G. Simmons) was born on November 14, 1965 in Eupora, Mississippi. After going to high school at Eupora (MS), Simmons attended Mississippi State University. Simmons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1990 was Michael Simmons's best year.
