Michael Reed (Michael Jerome Reed) was born on August 16, 1972 in Wilmington, Delaware. After going to high school at Salesianum (Wilmington, DE), Reed attended Boston College. Reed made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Carolina Panthers. He played for the Carolina Panthers for his entire 2 year career.
