2005 • Freshman Season: Did not play.

2004: Redshirted • walk-on • scholar-athlete award winner.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2004 graduate of Plainview High School (Minn.) • high school coach was Bill Ihrke • an all-state selection at wide receiver in 2004 • all-conference wide receiver in 2003 and ‘04 • had 40 receptions for 773 yards and nine touchdowns his senior season • had nine interceptions his senior year at free safety • earned three varsity letters and helped team post a 23-1 record during his junior and senior seasons • also lettered in basketball and track and field • 2004 state champion in the 4x400 meter relay.
