Born on November 10, 1974 in Humble, Texas, Micah Bowie (Micah Andrew Bowie) played for the Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves, Oakland Athletics and Washington Nationals over the course of his 4 year career. Bowie broke into the bigs on July 24, 1999 with the Chicago Cubs, and put up a 1.24 ERA in 51 innings pitched in 1999, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Micah Bowie's best season was 1999, when he posted a 1.24 ERA.
