McNabb is past his prime

Earlier in the season McNabb came out on HBO and voiced his opinions on black quarterbacks being treated differently than white quarterbacks. While he is entilted to his opinion McNabb's bold statements should have been said when the Eagles are winning and not playing horribly. It should be a no brainer that he received criticism from fans and the media for his statements. Furthermore, his poor performace so far on national television does not help his cause
So far this season he has been terrible against division rivals New York Giants and last night against the Dallas Cowboys. The Eagles are last in their division and quite frankly their season is done.
There is no secret McNabb is confident in himself, but since the Eagles lost to the Patriots in the 2005 Superbowl, McNabb has not been the same. With his injuries and inconsistency he may as well join Daunte Culpepper's parade of washed up quarterbacks.
The Eagles should pull McNabb out of the starting line-up and trade him when they can. Jeff Garcia was the Eagles saviour last year. Instead of resigning Garcia, McNabb became the chosen virus on this team. All signs point to changes in the Eagles regime. If Brian Westbrook (your running back) is leading the team in receptions and is your go-to-receiver something is wrong.
