Max Kadesky (Max R. Kadesky) was born on February 8, 1901 in Winsted, Connecticut. After going to high school at Dubuque (IA), Kadesky attended the University of Iowa. Kadesky made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Rock Island Independents. He played for the Rock Island Independents for his entire 1 year career.
