Born on October 12, 1888 in Chicago, Illinois, Max Fiske (Maximilian Patrick Fiske) played for the Chicago Whales for his entire 1 year career. Fiske broke into the bigs on April 19, 1914 with the Chicago Whales, and put up a 3.14 ERA in 198 innings pitched in 1914, his rookie year.
