Born on August 2, 1979 in Antioch, California, Matt Riley (Matthew Paul Riley) played for the Baltimore Orioles and Texas Rangers over the course of his 4 year career. Riley broke into the bigs on September 9, 1999 with the Baltimore Orioles, and put up a 5.62 ERA in 64 innings pitched in 2004, his rookie year.
