Matt LaBounty (Matthew James LaBounty) was born on January 3, 1969 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at San Marin (Novato, CA), LaBounty attended the University of Oregon. LaBounty made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1998 was Matt LaBounty's best year, as he recorded 5 sacks.
