Matt Darby (Matthew Lamont Darby) was born on November 19, 1968 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After going to high school at Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA), Darby attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Darby made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills and Arizona Cardinals over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1994 was Matt Darby's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
