Matt Brock (Matthew Lee Brock) was born on January 14, 1966 in Ogden, Utah. After going to high school at University City (San Diego, CA), Brock attended the University of Oregon. Brock made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1995 was Matt Brock's best year, as he recorded 5 sacks and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
