Mat Mendenhall (Mat Mendenhall) was born on May 14, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah. After going to high school at East (Salt Lake City, UT), Mendenhall attended Brigham Young University. Mendenhall made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1982 was Mat Mendenhall's best year.
