Born on May 6, 1944 in Otsuki, Japan, Masanori Murakami (Masanori Murakami) played for the San Francisco Giants for his entire 2 year career. Murakami broke into the bigs on September 1, 1964 with the San Francisco Giants, and put up a 3.75 ERA in 74.1 innings pitched in 1965, his rookie year.
