Marvin Lewis (Marvin Victor Lewis) was born on January 15, 1960 in Texarkana, Texas. After going to high school at Eylau (Texarkana, TX), Lewis attended Tulane University and Tyler Junior College. Lewis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the New Orleans Saints. He has played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 2 year career.

Most people believe that 2006 was Marvin Lewis's best year.
