Born on April 10, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois, Marvin Freeman (Marvin Freeman) played for the Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves, Colorado Rockies and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 10 year career. Freeman broke into the bigs on September 16, 1986 with the Philadelphia Phillies, and put up a 6.10 ERA in 51.2 innings pitched in 1988, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Marvin Freeman's best season was 1994, when he posted a 2.80 ERA, won 10 games and struck out 67 batters.
