Marv Whited (Marvin Whited) was born on July 26, 1918 in Crowell, Texas. After going to high school at Hollis (OK), Whited attended the University of Oklahoma. Whited made his professional debut in the NFL in 1942 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1945 was Marv Whited's best year.
