Marv Brown (Marvin Clifford Brown) was born on August 15, 1930 in Marshall, Texas. After going to high school at Alice (TX) and Waco (TX), Brown attended Tarleton State JC and Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Commerce. Brown made his professional debut in the NFL in 1957 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
