Marty Smith (Marty J. Smith) was born on October 20, 1953 in Pattison, Mississippi. After going to high school at East (Cleveland, OH), Smith attended the University of Louisville. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
