Mark Walen (Mark Hartley Walen) was born on March 10, 1963 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at Burlingame (CA), Walen attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Walen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1988 was Mark Walen's best year.
