Mark Manges (Mark Roy Manges) was born on January 10, 1956 in Cumberland, Maryland. After going to high school at Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD), Manges attended the University of Maryland. Manges made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
