Born on July 21, 1955 in Jersey City, New Jersey, Mark Lemongello (Mark Lemongello) played for the Houston Astros and Toronto Blue Jays over the course of his 4 year career. Lemongello broke into the bigs on September 14, 1976 with the Houston Astros, and put up a 3.48 ERA in 214.2 innings pitched in 1977, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Mark Lemongello's best season was 1977, when he posted a 3.48 ERA and struck out 83 batters.
