Mark Harper (Mark Harper) was born on October 9, in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at Northside (Memphis, TN), Harper attended Alcorn State University. Harper made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Mark Harper's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
