Mark Hall (Mark James Hall) was born on August 21, 1965 in Morgan City, Louisiana. After going to high school at Patterson (LA), Hall attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Hall made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1989 was Mark Hall's best year.
