Mark Fischer (Mark Raymond Fischer) was born on July 29, 1974 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at LaSalle (Cincinnai, OH), Fischer attended Purdue University. Fischer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
