Mark Devlin (Mark H. Devlin, Jr.) was born on December 5, 1894 in Lawrence, Massachusetts. After going to high school at St. John's Prep (Danvers, MA), Devlin attended Holy Cross College. Devlin made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Cleveland Tigers. He played for the New York Giants and Cleveland Tigers over the course of his 2 year career.
