Mark D'Onofrio (Mark Emil D'Onofrio) was born on March 17, 1969 in Hoboken, New Jersey. After going to high school at North Bergen (NJ), D'Onofrio attended Pennsylvania State University. D'Onofrio made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
