Marcel Shipp (Marcel C. Shipp) was born on August 8, 1978 in Paterson, New Jersey. After going to high school at Milford Academy (Milford, CT) and Passaic (NJ), Shipp attended the University of Massachusetts. Shipp made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Arizona Cardinals. He has played for the Arizona Cardinals for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 2002 was Marcel Shipp's best year, as he ran for 834 yards, ran in 6 TDs and hauled in 38 receptions.
