Everyone in the Tri-state area and elsewhere have been flodded with Stephon Marbury news (http:// www.ninosportscorner.com) and thats good. Heres why

Currently Marburys behaivour has become more unpredictable than Britney Spears. Lets face it folks he will CONTINUE to be bizzare. However, at least he is not damaging to sports like Marion Jones, Tim Montgomery, Floyd Landis, Tim Dounaghey, Barry Bonds (feel free to add on to the list)

Marbury during his Minnestoa Timberwolves he demanded a trade to go home back to New York  -> Anybody who is human can/has been homesick before. Besides Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter did the same thing and nobody (ie ESPN) said anything about it]

Marbury clashed with Larry Brown during Brown's first season as the Knicks coach ->  WHO has not clashed with Larry Brown- think Indina Pacer management, Billy King, Allen Iverson, the New York Knicks management etc. Brown has been coaching longer than Nolan Ryan/Roger Clemons played baseball. We know he has LOTS of bad apples under his tree

Marbury claimed to be the best point guard in the league -> Thats not a sin. As a franchise player you are SUPPOSE to think you are the best

Marbury smiled and high-fived people after his testimony in the Isiah Thomas case -> The case was focused on DOLAN and THOMAS. Dolan was the one ordered to pay the fine,  Thomas is the one been booed and held accountable by activists. If anything Marbury's actions are comical 

Marbury was unhappy with Thomas regulating him to the bench and then going AWOL -> Hey at least he didn't CHOKE his coach like Sprewell.

CONCLUSION

The method of Marbury madness is what the knicks need. This much needed attention will help them get focused to make it into the playoffs and finally make a run.
