Born on June 26, 1955 in Tampa, Florida, Manny Seoane (Manuel Modesto Seoane) played for the Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 2 year career. Seoane broke into the bigs on September 18, 1977 with the Philadelphia Phillies.
