Manning is annoying and Dierdorf is an idiot

So, while watching the Jets/Colts came hoping just once Harrison would catch a TD pass so I won't lose this week in my fantasy league I stuck with two thoughts:
1. Why the HELL isn't Manning ever called for illegal motion? That dude ALWAYS moves towards the line of scrimmage without being set before the ball is snapped. Was there a Manning rule that was passed that I'm not aware of?
Last I checked, according to the NFL rules:
"All players of offensive team must be stationary at snap, except one back who may be in motion parallel to scrimmage line or backward (not forward)."
Am I missing something?
2. Does Dierdoft not know the rules? On the last kickoff the Jets rookie let the ball roll INTO THE ENDZONE then chose to run it out and tackled at the 2 or 3. Dierdorf says, "He could have downed it in the end zone because the force of the ball put it in the end zone" Correct. Then Dan shows his stupidity. He says "but once the ball was on the goal line he had to come out". Hello? The goal line is the end zone!!! If the ball is ON THE GOAL LINE, it is IN THE END ZONE!
Edit: he touched the ball before it reached the goal line, therefore had to run it out.
Man, I hate stupid analysts that don't know the rules.
