Manch Wheeler (Manchester Haynes Wheeler) was born on March 2, 1939 in Augusta, Maine. After going to high school at Phillips Andover Academy (Andover, MA), Wheeler attended the University of Maine. Wheeler made his professional debut in the AFL in 1962 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
