Born on January 30, 1922 in Syracuse, New York, Mal Mallette (Malcolm Francis Mallette) played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career. Mallette broke into the bigs on September 25, 1950 with the Brooklyn Dodgers.
