Makoa Freitas (Rockne Makoa Freitas) was born on November 23, 1979 in Honolulu, Hawaii. After going to high school at Kamehameha (Honolulu, HI), Freitas attended the University of Arizona. Freitas made his professional debut in the NFL in 2003 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 2 year career.
