Making the Correct Decision (Jacobs or Jones)

Which RB will you draft when the time comes where you have to make a decision between Thomas Jones and/or Brandon Jacobs? Two totally opposite style runningbacks, but two backs where you could possibly find yourself in tough situation on which to draft. One possibly on his way up, and the other with a new scenary in N.Y, possibly on his way….. ??????
There is a possibility that you could be faced with this dilemma somewhere in the third or possibly fourth rounds and obviously a bad decision could change your entire fantasy season.
A lot of concern centers around Jacobs withstanding the rigors of an entire NFL schedule. “Big backs have the tendency of wearing out fast”. ”He runs too straight up and down”, “He seeks out too much contact”, etc. These criticisms are unreasonable and do not offer a valid reason why Jacobs should wear down any differently than any other back in the league.
Let me remind you all of a few big backs who stamped a lasting impression on the NFL. Earl Campbell, Jerome Bettis, Rodney Hampton, Jamal Anderson, and Eric Dickerson (who was 6′2 and ran straight up and down). These big backs are the same backs that nobody wanted to tackle and nobody could tackle.
Remember this is fantasy football, if you’re in a keeper league, sure Jacobs may not have 10 years of punishment in him, however, if you’re looking to get a few great seasons you may consider Jacobs the better option. On the other hand, you have a proven runner in Thomas Jones headed into a possible playoff situation with the Jets and pretty much in the prime of his career. Jones has averaged over 1000 yards and 7 touchdowns over the past three seasons and has proven himself a reliable back. In most Mock Drafts and RB rankings Jones is the obvious selection ahead of Jacobs. For more analysis on Thomas Jones.
Trust me folks this is why I’m FanProphet. These are not guesses or hunches, or something I’m dreaming up. Jacobs is the better option and will have the better season, so which one will you choose?

Anyways, fantasy-wise its a lot closer...if the giants running game ends up being effect, Jacobs could produce some serious TD points...he'll never get you a ton of yard, but he'll make up those pts in scoring...
Between the 2, i'd actually probably go Jacobs...perhaps a similar setup to Barber and Jacobs, except Droughens instead of tiki?
