The Madden Football League was created in the summer of 2007 in Brighton, Colorado by Michael Nicobrasi Jr. and a friend of his. It is a electronic sports console gaming league which its players play the great game of Madden NFL. It is still recruiting players and attempting to find sponsorship, it is not yet a official league but is planned to become official by January 2008. MFL games will be played on the next generation consoles (XBOX 360 and PS3). The MFL is planned to be the first electronic sports league based on a football game. Its unoficial headquarters are currently located in Brighton, Colorado. The MFL will operate just like a regular league, many ideas for the season and playoffs came from the basis of the NBA and NFL. Since their are 32 teams in the NFL their are 32 teams in the MFL, divisions and conferences stay the same, no changes in teams once so ever. Since we have 32 teams we need 32 people to control them, these people are the players but are refered to as the Coach of the team they control. Every team, thus the Coach, in the MFL plays a 20 game season. 19 games are inner-conference games meaning a team plays only other teams in its conference, and one game is a outer-conference game meaning a team plays one game outside its conference. More will be written later. If you have any question asks here or on my talk page. Thank you.
