The 1999 Major League Soccer Cup was the 4th MLS Cup. The game was played on November 21, 1999, at Foxboro Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. D.C. United beat the Los Angeles Galaxy 2-0 to win their 3rd MLS Cup in the four years of the league.
